Return and Refund Policy

Only items that have been purchased directly from Lightbank Store are qualified for a refund through Lightbank. Products that have been purchased from a different retailer or distributor must be returned there instead. The retailer's refund policy may differ from Lightbank.

Only new, unopened , sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for returned or canceled orders are eligible for 100% refund, minus the cost of shipping or customs duty. New item returns MUST BE UNOPENED and include all original packaging, an unbroken zip tie (if applicable), accessories, and materials. All returns will be subject to an additional restocking fee if they are returned with any signs of use or wear.
